Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an HR & Payroll Specialist to support payroll processing and benefits administration for an established Indiana organization. This role focuses on payroll accuracy and assisting with day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities include processing weekly payroll with Paylocity, reviewing timecards, onboarding new hires, maintaining confidential records, and serving as a first point of contact for payroll and HR questions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in payroll or HR administration.
• Experience with Paylocity or similar payroll systems preferred.
• Basic Excel skills required.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll using Paylocity.
• Review and correct employee timecards and obtain supervisor approvals.
• Audit payroll information for accuracy before submission.
• Support employee benefits administration, enrollments, updates.
• Assist with onboarding and terminations.
• Maintain confidential HR records and documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for payroll and HR questions.
