Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a hands-on Payroll & Benefits Administrator to own multi-state payroll, benefits administration, compliance, reporting, and HR systems. This is a high-visibility, on-site role in Cleveland.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of payroll and benefits experience and strong Excel skills, with expertise in ADP Workforce Now and UKG. You will partner with HR, Accounting and leadership to drive process improvements and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive payroll and benefits experience.
• Strong Excel skills and data accuracy.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and UKG systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-state payroll processing, including garnishments, deductions, bonuses, and taxes.
• Research and interpret payroll regulations; implement policy and system changes.
• Conduct payroll and benefits audits, reconciliations, and data integrity reviews.
• Handle timekeeping, 401(k) contributions, year-end W-2 processing, and compliance.
• Maintain employee payroll and benefits data in ADP, UKG, and carrier systems.
