Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll or HR administration experience.
• Experience with Paylocity or similar payroll systems.
• Basic Excel skills.

• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll using Paylocity.
• Review and correct employee timecards and ensure supervisor approvals before payroll processing.
• Audit payroll information to ensure accuracy before submission.
• Support employee benefits administration, including enrollments and updates.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and employee terminations.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll and HR-related questions.
