Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; professional HR certification (PHR/SPHR) preferred.
• Five+ years of relevant HR experience with payroll and benefits focus.
• International payroll experience preferred; willing to support new country setup.

Responsibilities

• Process semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time across multiple states.
• Administer benefits enrollments, changes, COBRA, and 401(k) contributions.
• Oversee HRIS transactions and Paylocity data integrity; generate reports.
