Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Accounting or Business.
• Experience with payroll software and privacy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor garnishment orders and other payroll issues.
• Update payroll records with exemptions, insurance, direct deposit, and job/department changes.
• Pay employees via payroll processing and electronic transfers.
• Prepare earnings, tax, deductions, and non-taxable wage reports.
