Tetherow Resort in Bend, Oregon seeks a Payroll Specialist to own the full payroll cycle for hourly, salaried and seasonal staff using ADP Workforce Now. You will ensure accurate, compliant, on-time pay and partner with Finance and HR on onboarding, records, and employee events.

The role balances payroll (about 60%) with HR support, maintains internal controls, answers pay questions, prepares reports, and helps plan annual events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on, full cycle payroll processing.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or a comparable payroll/HRIS platform.
• Strong knowledge of federal and Oregon wage and hour law (FLSA/state regs).
• Strong Excel skills and a meticulous eye for numbers.
• Confidential handling of employee information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Own the full payroll cycle for hourly, salaried, seasonal and variable pay employees.
• Audit timecards with managers before close and correct issues.
• Process tips, gratuities, commissions, bonuses and deductions.
• Maintain pay rate changes, deductions, and 401(k) contributions.
• Prepare payroll corrections and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage separations and final pay under ORS 652.140.
