Qualifications

• Three or more years of hands-on, full cycle payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of federal and Oregon wage and hour law.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or a comparable platform.
• Strong Excel skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Clear, warm communication with employees and managers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full payroll cycle for hourly, salaried, seasonal, and variable pay employees.
• Audit timecards with department managers and ensure compliance.
• Process tips, gratuities, bonuses, and other variable pay.
• Enter pay rate changes, deductions, and 401(k) contributions.
• Handle payroll corrections and final pay upon separation.
• Reconcile payroll registers and support Finance with reports.
• Support quarter and year-end processes.
• Respond to wage verifications and payroll records requests.
• Provide a courteous payroll resource for employees and managers.
