Job summary

IntelliPro is seeking an HR Assistant in Tampa for a 3-month assignment with potential extension. The role is hybrid (3 days in office) and pays $22.93/hr on W2. You will document employee data changes, support payroll inquiries, and handle customer-service level HR tasks with attention to detail.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree (AA acceptable) and some ServiceNow/Outlook/Excel experience. Prior call-center exposure and Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; AA acceptable.
• Strong customer service experience and data accuracy.
• Experience with payroll inquiries and timekeeping concepts.
• ServiceNow case management experience preferred; knowledge of MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support by documenting employee data changes, performance reports and communications.
• HR contact center support: answer inbound calls, create cases, payroll inquiry support, and other duties.
• Act as a high-caliber customer service representative focused on data accuracy and issue resolution.
• Support tuition reimbursement processing, employee verifications, policy questions, and compliance acknowledgments.

Key Details

Position Title: HR Assistant

Duration: 3 Months + (Possible Extension)

Pay Rate: $22.93 /hr on W2

Location: Tampa, FL 33607 (Hybrid 3 days a week in office)

Description

• Responsible for providing administrative support by documenting employee data changes, performance reports and communications.
• Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree
• HR Contact Center Support to include answering inbound phone calls, creating cases, payroll inquiry support, other administrative duties as assigned.
• The role is more of a high caliber customer service representative and maintaining data versus a typical HR role
• Attention to detail and critical thinking skills are a must
• AA is fine. Customer Service experience preferred. Success Factors experience helpful.
• Manager would like this person to have Service Now experience along with payroll inquiry resolution.
• They don’t need to know how to process payroll, rather understand logic of how timekeeping and payroll works to be able to answer employee questions.
• Being able to answer payroll inquiries is a must.

What makes a candidate stand out to the manager

• Prior contact center experience and inbound phone calls case management. Calls can be related to pay inquires, LOA, etc
• Use of case management software and call management software preferred. They use ServiceNow for Case Management.
• Microsoft Outlook/Teams/Excel experience.
• Looking for at least 5 years of years' experience
• Spanish language skills highly preferred.

Call Center

• Answer and field all types of calls that come in – provide assistance and/or direction.

Payroll Support

• Closely partner with Payroll team as it relates to inquiries
• Field employee and HR payroll questions to properly direct them to the right resolution

Day-to-day Support

• Provide One HR expertise and support to the HR community and employees
• Tuition Reimbursement processing
• Employee Verifications
• Policy Questions & Compliance and Policy Acknowledgements
