Qualifications

• Prior HR and payroll experience.
• Experience with ADP or ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong payroll processing and timecard review experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidential employee and payroll information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll through ADP Workforce Now on a weekly, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly cadence.
• Review and verify timecards, earnings, deductions, and payroll adjustments.
• Ensure payroll is accurate and submitted on time.
• Maintain employee information including hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and compensation changes.
• Generate payroll, attendance, benefits, and HR reports.
• Audit payroll records and research discrepancies.
• Manage garnishments, wage attachments, deductions, direct deposits, and tax updates.
• Assist with payroll reconciliation and coordinate with Finance as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee and HR records.
• Assist with benefits administration and communicate with outside benefits providers and vendors.
• Conduct or assist with new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team.
• Assist with benefits enrollment, company meetings, employee recognition events, and other HR-related activities.
• Perform additional HR duties as assigned
