Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll and HR experience with strong payroll knowledge.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and follow through on priorities.
• Experience collaborating across all organizational levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Administer union payroll, including reporting, payments, and tax compliance.
• Prepare payroll funding reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage new hire paperwork, onboarding, and orientation.
• Perform employment verifications, background checks, and maintain employee files.
• Maintain AAP logs and follow OFCCP guidelines.
• Manage employee additions, deletions, and changes in the ERP system.
• Maintain confidentiality and perform other duties as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
