• Maintain I-9 documentation and eligibility compliance.
• Create and maintain personnel files.
• Ensure compliance with federal and multi-state employment laws.
• Provide backup support for bi-weekly payroll processing.
• Support recruitment lifecycle and conduct candidate interviews.
