Job summary

Community Counseling Solutions in Heppner, OR is seeking an HR Payroll Clerk (I-III) to process payroll, manage HR records, and ensure accurate compensation.

Will handle monthly draws, W-2s, 1095-Cs, benefits administration, and compliance with federal/state laws; reports to HR Director.

Qualifications

• Payroll processing experience
• Familiarity with federal and state payroll laws
• Experience maintaining personnel records

Responsibilities

• Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payroll transactions.
• Calculates financial data and distributes payroll checks.
• Prepares and files W-2s and 1095-C forms; administers HR programs and personnel records.
• Maintains employee data, attendance, compensation, and benefits in databases and software.
