Loyalty Automotive in Chester, VA is seeking a staff-level Payroll and Human Resources Assistant who will handle payroll processing, onboarding, and HR administration under the Payroll and HR Director.

You will ensure compliance with regulations, maintain records, support strategic projects, and foster a positive workplace culture while contributing to long-term growth of the automotive dealer group.

We are looking to add a staff-level Payroll and Human Resource professional who will play a key role on the team. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, assist with employee onboarding, and handle HR administrative duties, all the while reporting directly to the Payroll and HR Director.
