Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex payroll for department faculty, staff and trainees ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Perform HR analytics, generate reports, and support leadership decisions.
• Analyze compensation structures and leave policies, providing compliant recommendations.
• Develop and maintain controls, SOPs and workflows for payroll and leave processes.
• Provide training and updates to managers and staff on payroll and leave policies.
