Responsibilities

• Learn payroll prep and support multi-state payroll processing.
• Process off-cycle checks and garnishments; analyze compensation data.
• Ensure tax compliance with ADP and authorities.
• Support HR functions: onboarding, benefits, records, recruiting.
• Collaborate with managers to define skills for openings.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data.
• Escalate issues to CHRO as needed.
