Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for an Administrative Assistant II to support payroll, HR/management tasks, and general admin duties in Northlake, TX. The role requires data entry, MS Outlook/Teams/Excel proficiency, and attention to detail.

The position is on the 2nd shift (3:30 PM - 11:30 PM) with a $22.90 per hour wage plus a $1.00 shift differential. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of related experience and familiarity with Kronos or Oracle HR systems.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Outlook, Teams and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Screen telephone calls and visitors and route to appropriate managers.
• Provide information on manager area and company policies.
• Perform confidential admin tasks and prepare reports/minutes.
• Maintain departmental records and prepare reports.
