PrismHR, a fast-paced SaaS company, is seeking a Payroll Associate to support a growing client-facing Service Operations Team with payroll duties across the country. You will learn to import payroll data, review time-sheets, and ensure accuracy while resolving client issues.

The role offers learning opportunities in PrismHR software, remote client meetings to achieve KPIs, and a path toward expertise in payroll operations within a cloud-based solution environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-5 years of experience preferred.
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel/Outlook) and data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Process payroll for PrismHR's client base across the United States.
• Enter client data and review employee time-sheets.
• Learn to import payroll information and assist with QA.
• Respond to and resolve client and employee payroll issues.
• Collaborate with payroll specialists and become proficient with PrismHR software.
• Meet remotely with clients to discuss KPIs and ensure client success.
• Support client health, maintenance and retention; coordinate with operations.
