Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible payroll experience.
• 1–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, wage and hour compliance, and payroll accounting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Administration: manage bi-weekly payroll for all employee groups.
• Compliance: uphold federal, state, and local payroll laws and audits.
• Workday Leadership: optimize and test Workday HCM/Payroll modules.
• Leadership: supervise payroll staff and provide coaching.
• Strategic Improvement: implement process improvements and reporting.
