Responsibilities

• Administer timely payroll processing including regular and off-cycle items.
• Audit reports to verify data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
• Create ad-hoc HR/payroll reports from HRIS data.
• Manage payroll deductions and government/union-related items.
• Investigate and correct overpayments and recoveries.
• Coordinate with accounting on payroll transactions.
• Support state/federal/local payroll audits and respond to G/L requests.
