Reyes Holdings in Texas is seeking a Payroll Specialist to ensure timely, accurate payroll processing in compliance with government regulations and CBAs. You will oversee weekly and bi-weekly payrolls and partner with HRIS to maintain system integrity.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to analyze payroll issues, and provide training to the team. You will manage deductions, bonuses, and final checks for separations under a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Experience handling weekly/bi-weekly payrolls with accuracy.
• Familiarity with federal/state regulations and CBAs.
• Ability to analyze payroll issues and implement improvements.
• Experience configuring payroll in HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payrolls accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with CBAs and contractual obligations.
• Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with HRIS during payroll setup and updates.
• Provide training to team members on payroll processes.
• Manage salary adjustments, deductions, bonuses, and final checks.
