The role involves analyzing and reconciling payroll weekly and bi-weekly, maintaining data integrity, and handling deductions and 401k funding.

You will respond to employee and management inquiries, prepare reports, and participate in DOL reporting and wage compliance, including Davis-Bacon requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent years of experience.
• 7+ years of specialized payroll experience.
• Experience with Paycom and COINS a plus.
• Certified Payroll Professional certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, prepare, process, and reconcile weekly and bi-weekly payroll.
• Complete all tasks related to payroll administration and proper execution.
• Gather, export, key, and audit timekeeping data. Resolve all discrepancies.
• Maintain data integrity between payroll systems.
• Oversee PTO administration and approval, process vacation accruals and reconciliation.
