You will collaborate with HR and Accounting to ensure accurate labor costing, compliance, and timely payroll processing, while maintaining strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle payroll processing experience.
• Multi-state payroll and payroll tax compliance experience.
• Proficiency with Excel and HRIS platforms; BambooHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end multi-state payroll and related reporting.
• Maintain payroll master data in BambooHR and accounting system.
• Prepare payroll tax deposits, 941s, W‑2s, and year-end records.
• Prepare certified payroll, prevailing wage, and Davis-Bacon reports.
• Follow payroll controls and documentation standards.
• Research discrepancies and resolve routine issues promptly.
• Allocate labor costs to jobs and reconcile with GL.
• Provide inputs for month-end and quarter-end close.
• Support benefits enrollments, changes, and renewals.
• Coordinate compensation benchmarking and executive plan support.
