Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to support accurate and timely payroll processing using Miter. You will review timekeeping, process changes, reconcile records, and ensure strict confidentiality of payroll information.

Responsibilities include processing weekly payroll, validating hours and inputs, handling deductions and tax withholdings, onboarding and terminations, and generating routine payroll reports for management. 1–3 years of payroll or accounting experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of payroll or accounting experience.
• Experience with Miter or a similar system.
• Experience reviewing payroll information, timecards, or payroll inputs.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll and ensure timely processing.
• Review timecards, hours, PTO, bonuses, and deductions for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and changes (compensation, deductions, taxes, direct deposits).
• Assist with onboarding and termination payroll setup.
• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide payroll support to employees and respond to questions.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with payroll regulations.
