You will handle payroll processing, maintain records, and support end-to-end payroll activities. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of payroll or administrative experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

  • Review and maintain employee payroll records.
  • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with payroll deductions, reporting, and documentation.
  • Generate payroll reports and maintain confidential employee records.

  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end payroll activities.
  • Assist with employment verifications and workers' compensation reporting.

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Process payroll accurately and on time
  • Review and maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and pay changes
  • Audit timecards and resolve timekeeping discrepancies
  • Assist with payroll deductions, reporting, and documentation
  • Generate payroll reports and maintain confidential employee records
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries with professionalism
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end payroll activities
  • Assist with employment verifications and workers' compensation reporting
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of payroll or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with payroll systems is a plus

Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
