Position Summary:
The Javits Center is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Coordinator to support the accurate and timely processing of payroll. This position reviews payroll information, maintains employee records, responds to routine payroll inquiries, and assists with payroll reporting and reconciliation. The ideal candidate demonstrates accuracy, confidentiality, strong customer service, and the ability to meet established deadlines. Experience with unionized workforces and collective bargaining agreements is preferred.
The compensation range for this position is $32.00 - $33.33 hourly, paid on a bi-weekly basis. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience. Interested candidates must be willing to work onsite at the Javits Center.
