The Administrative Assistant – Electrical Solutions provides administrative, scheduling, payroll, and operational support to the Electrical Solutions team at the Javits Center. This position is responsible for accurately processing employee time and payroll information, maintaining departmental records, supporting workforce scheduling, and assisting with the day-to-day administrative needs of the department. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage time-sensitive information in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
Individuals accepting a position as an Administrative Assistant – Electrical Solutions will be required to become members of Local 3 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) if they are not already members.
The hiring rate for this position is $30.09 per hour. The pay rate is offered in accordance with CBA requirements and is non-negotiable.
