Job summary

Randstad USA in Las Vegas is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join our premier, nation-leading team on-site. You will support multi-state payroll operations, review timesheets, process adjustments, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely pay.

This role requires 5 years of payroll experience, an Associate degree, and proficiency with Paycom and Excel. You’ll navigate union and non-union payrolls, tax regulations, and deductions, with a focus on accuracy and

• Experience with multi-state payroll and union/non-union environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of wage-and-hour laws and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll accuracy audits.
• Enforce multi-state tax regulations and union agreements.
• Manage HRIS/payroll setups, including W-4s, direct deposits, garnishments, PTO, and deductions.
• Reconcile labor costs, generate payroll reports, and resolve pay inquiries.

Are you a numbers wizard with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for keeping operations running seamlessly? Join a premier nation-leading team based in Las Vegas as our next Payroll Coordinator!

In this fast-paced, high-energy, on-site role, you will play a key part in supporting our multi-state union and non-union payroll operations. Working directly alongside supportive financial leadership, you'll tackle timesheet reviews, process adjustments, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure everyone gets paid accurately and on time.

salary: $25 - $28 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Associate

Responsibilities

• Process werekly and bi-weekly payroll: audit timesheets, overtime, and clock-ins for accuracy
• Enforce multi-state tax regulations, wage-and-hour laws, and collective barganing agreements (CBA) for union labor
• ManageHRIS/payroll setups, including W-4's,direct deposits, garnishments, PTO accruals, and benefit deductions
• reconcile event labor costs with branch managers, generate payroll reports, and resolve employee pay inquiries
