Qualifications

• Previous experience as an accounting or payroll assistant or similar administrative role is preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Prevailing Wage Compliance and submit Weekly Certified Payroll Reports.
• Collect, track, and submit subcontractor Certified Payroll Reports.
• Set up and maintain employee records within the payroll system; backup weekly payroll processing.
• Perform data entry, report generation, and documentation preparation.
• Handle phones, emails, and visitor greetings; maintain files and records.
