Job summary

Enclave is seeking a Payroll & Compliance Specialist to own payroll processes including biweekly payroll and weekly certified payroll reporting. The role partners with HR Operations to document, strengthen controls, and automate processes for scalable growth.

The position focuses on maintaining payroll accuracy, staying compliant with federal/state regulations, and driving efficiency across payroll workflows in a multi-entity real estate environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years payroll administration experience required.
• Experience with UKG Pro or similar HRIS/payroll systems preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations required.
• FPC or CPP certification preferred; sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Administer biweekly payroll for all employees per schedule.
• Ensure accuracy of payroll deductions, taxes, and benefits.
• Maintain weekly/caculated certified payroll processes for applicable projects.
• Document payroll processes and collaborate with HR Operations to improve workflows.
• Support internal and external payroll audits and regulatory compliance.
