Getz Fire Equipment Company is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Compliance Specialist to manage multi-entity payroll, government reporting, and employee compliance programs. This Peoria, IL office role handles leave administration, benefits, and safety programs while maintaining accurate filings.

You will process certified payroll, file EEO-1 and Form 5500 on deadlines, and oversee DOT compliance for CDL drivers. Attention to notices, background checks, and notary duties are part of the role.

Competenze

• Degree in HR, business, or accounting, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in payroll, HR compliance, or regulatory reporting.
• Working knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and OSHA recordkeeping; high accuracy and strong organization.

Mansioni

• Process multi-entity and certified payroll, including prevailing wage reporting.
• File EEO-1, OSHA 300/300A, ACA, and Form 5500 reports on deadline.
• Administer FMLA/ADA leave, COBRA, drug screening, and workers' comp claims.
• Oversee DOT compliance for CDL drivers, including files and MVR review.
• Safeguard personnel files, serve as notary, and flag handbook updates.
