Qualifications

• Experience with payroll processing and timekeeping systems.
• Paycom familiarity is a plus.
• Strong numerical and data-entry skills.
• Excellent communication via email and phone.

Responsibilities

• Assist employees with payroll questions primarily through email and phone.
• Process payments by aggregating timesheets, deductions, and reimbursements.
• Generate payroll reports for internal use and departmental distribution.
• Manage payroll records by reviewing direct deposits, tax withholdings, and benefit information.
• Record paycheck details, discrepancies, and payroll adjustments.
• Calculate final wage payments in compliance with applicable state laws.
