Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years payroll/timekeeping experience preferred.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and payroll reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and processing of non-exempt payroll.
• Review timecards for payclass, schedule and lunch deductions alignment.
• Identify missing punches and discrepancies; run weekly reports.
• Enter approved timecard corrections and schedule updates.
• Assist with onboarding converts and new-hire payroll setup.
• Serve as first point of contact for routine payroll inquiries.
• Prepare payroll data, notes and reconciliation for review.
• Assist with audits, post-payroll reporting and record maintenance.
