You will manage payroll data, billing, and client invoicing with strong Excel skills and attention to detail. Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience preferred.
• Must have strong Excel experience and willing to take an Excel assessment.
• Zealous for serving and taking care of the customer.
• Professional presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Proficient use of back-office software (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central) including EFI data import for large datasets.
• Manage confidential IWO for staffing employees and setup/maintenance in back-office.
• Manipulate weekly billing data for customized client invoicing using advanced Excel (PowerQuery, Pivot Tables, analytics).
• Oversee email communication within TRC Payroll Inbox and triage accordingly.
• Perform customer service activities to ensure branch and client satisfaction.
• Enter payroll documents for staffing employees (timesheets, bonuses, adjustments, onboarding docs) with accuracy.
• Communicate and document compliance issues, offering best-practice TRC solutions.
• Initiate departmental process improvements and support corporate projects.
