Qualifikationen

• Hands-on Paycor payroll experience required.
• Three years of professional payroll/benefits/related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; maintain confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Process full-cycle payroll in Paycor for hourly and salary employees.
• Upload and reconcile outside data for payroll and mileage payouts.
• Act as the primary employee contact during payroll; escalate issues as needed.
• Process payroll updates for new hires, terminations, and pay rate changes.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and wage garnishments.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and company policies.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate reports.
• Audit payroll, employee files, and benefits enrollment.
