Job summary

Intersect Healthcare, a growing community-focused company, seeks a Payroll Benefits Coordinator responsible for payroll administration and benefits coordination. The role reports to the Administrator and supports the Business Office.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent with accounting/business coursework preferred and at least two years in payroll or HR. Strong confidentiality and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, accounting or business coursework preferred.
• Two years payroll or HR experience.
• Knowledge of computerized payroll and bookkeeping systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and families.
• Maintain confidentiality and be accurate.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll in adherence with pay guidelines.
• Ensure pay practices are documented and merit increases monitored.
• Coordinate PIB (pay-in-lieu of benefits) process.
• Post state and federal posters as required by law.
• Ensure HRIS has correct employee information (SSN, job title, FLSA status).
• Review time and attendance for accuracy and completeness.
• Back up to SDC for WOTC compliance and to HR Coordinator as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
