Job summary

Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive client in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, GA in their search for a Payroll & Benefits Manager. This is a CONTRACT position with the potential to convert to permanent.

This position requires in-office work; therefore, only candidates who live in the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area will be considered. The role manages year-end payroll, benefits, 401k audits, multi-state payroll tax compliance, and Open Enrollment, while guiding the payroll team and benefits

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of hands-on multi-state payroll processing with benefits administration experience REQUIRED
• Experience in UKG is preferred
• Must be familiar with federal and state laws related to payroll taxes
• Must have strong audit experience
• Payroll certification is preferred
