Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations for a multi-state workforce in Bradenton, Florida, in a hybrid role. You will oversee end-to-end payroll, ensure compliance with federal and state payroll tax regulations, and manage a small payroll team while partnering with HR and Finance.

The ideal candidate has multi-state payroll experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to support complex compensation structures across multiple entities.

We're partnering with a growing, multi-location organization to identify a Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations across a complex, multi-state environment. This is a highly visible leadership position responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance, managing a small team, and partnering closely with HR and Finance. The individual would be handing employees across multiple entities and locations.

Key Responsibilities
