Job summary

GQR is seeking a Benefits & Payroll Analyst to support daily payroll and employee benefit programs, ensuring data accuracy, audits, reconciliations, and employee support. You will collaborate with HRIS and partners to maintain data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and support testing and process improvements to ensure timely pay and benefits.

The role requires 3–5+ years in payroll/benefits and hands-on Workday experience, with strong Excel skills and high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, HR operations, or a related function.

Responsibilities

• Support bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and off-cycle payroll processing, including reviewing earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, benefits, and timekeeping data.
