MediLodge of Kalamazoo is seeking a Payroll Benefits Coordinator with 2+ years of payroll or HR experience to manage payroll processes, maintain HRIS data, and support the billing and resident accounts in a long-term care setting.

The role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and effective communication across departments; supervision of the business office staff is included. This on-site position collaborates with the Administrator and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in payroll or human resources.
• High school diploma; accounting/business coursework preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process payroll in adherence with federal/state/facility/regional pay guidelines.
• Maintains HRIS with accurate employee data (SSN, job title, FLSA).
• Oversees billing and patient accounts to ensure accuracy and timely collections.
• Supervises business office staff and coordinates with Administrator and Regional offices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
