Job summary

MediLodge Kalamazoo seeks a Payroll Benefits Coordinator to manage payroll and benefit administration for our long-term care facility. You’ll ensure accurate payroll processing, maintain compliant HR records, and support residents and staff with benefit programs.

You will supervise the business office team, coordinate with the Central Billing Office, and help uphold patient billing integrity while supporting a respectful, resident-centered workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting/business coursework preferred.
• Two years’ payroll or HR experience required.
• Experience with PCC billing and RFMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll per federal/state/facility guidelines.
• Maintain accurate pay data, monitor pay programs, and merit increases.
• Supervise Business Office staff and collaborate with Central Billing Office.
