Job summary

Park Cities Baptist Church in Dallas, TX, seeks a Payroll, Benefits & Bookkeeping Administrator to oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and related bookkeeping tasks. The role reports to the Business Administrator within the Operations team and requires accuracy, confidentiality, and solid Excel/ADP experience.

This full-time position covers payroll compliance, benefits enrollment, donor contributions, and financial documentation to support church operations and ministry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in accounting, business or HR preferred.
• 3+ years payroll, bookkeeping, or benefits administration experience.
• Knowledge of payroll processes, deductions, and reporting.
• Experience with ADP and payroll/compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process semi-monthly payroll for all church employees.
• Maintain payroll records, deductions, and adjustments in ADP.
• Ensure compliance with wage/hour laws and generate payroll reports.
• Administer employee benefits and oversee open enrollment.
• Process and reconcile donor contributions and receipts.
