Qualifications

• Ability to uphold confidentiality.
• Familiarity with general office equipment; 10-key calculator by touch; computerized financial systems.
• Minimum intermediate level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to write reports and respond to inquiries from vendors, managers, and employees.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Must be licensable under the Northern Arapaho gaming Agency.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Must have Wyoming driver’s license.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Ability to understand audits and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Accurately collect, review, and submit payroll related responsibilities in accordance with established schedules and policies.
• Ensure employee time records, pay adjustments, and payroll changes are complete, approved, and submitted timely.
• Coordinate with Human Resources, department managers, and leadership to resolve discrepancies, corrections, or employee payroll inquiries.
• Adhere to internal controls, audit requirements, and organization/federal policies related to payroll processing.
• Assist with audits, investigations, and reporting related to payroll and compensation.
• Conduct audits and maintain records in accordance with NIGC regulations and other state/federal regulations.
