The role involves accurate data entry, E-Verify use, and timely submission of payroll records, with a weekly schedule and potential overtime. Responsibilities include adding new hires, processing deductions, and assisting with Davis-Bacon and state reporting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations.
• Excellent attention to detail is critical.
• Good reading and comprehension skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Add new hires, using the federal E-Verify system, I-9 compliance.
• Entering child supports, garnishments, banking, and other information.
• Assisting with Certified Payrolls, Davis-Bacon and State reporting requirements, plus Owner-Controlled Insurance Policy reporting and EOE reporting.
• Maintaining field checkbooks and answering questions from field employees.
• Ability to handle an ongoing amount of filing. Other job duties assigned as needed.
• Attendance is critical. Being prompt is important to provide continuous and on-going service to customers and employees. Attendance is important to maintain continuity of service. Work outside of normal duty hours may be required with as little as one hour advance notice.
