Our client, a well-known cloud and security company, is urgently looking to hire a Payroll Associate to join their team on a fully remote basis.

**This is a 12+ month contract to hire on a W2 offering a full benefits package**

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years payroll experience
• GlobalView Experience highly desired

Job Responsibilities

• Bi-weekly payroll process for specific countries
• Reconciling payroll calculations prepared by the Payroll Providers to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Reporting, including liaison with Payroll Providers and internal stakeholders (HR, Compensation & Benefits, Equity, Finance)
• Ensuring all statutory payments and filings are performed according to internal company policies and local laws
• Identifying and implementing payroll process improvements and best practices to drive process excellence and reduce error risk
• Maintaining effective internal controls for the payroll function and proactively working with management to identify efficiency gaps and improvements
• Following company policy & SOX, government regulations that affect payroll to ensure compliance of payroll policies and practices
• Participating in special projects and performing additional duties as required
