Job summary

Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking a payroll professional for an on-site role in Pasadena. You will process payroll in the automotive sector, handle general ledger and AR/AP tasks, and collaborate with finance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Candidate should have 2+ years payroll experience, strong communication, and familiarity with ADP, Workforce Manager, and CDK software. Spanish is a plus; professional attire is required.

• Contract, with potential for hire
• Pay: $25-30/hr
• On site in Pasadena, 7:30AM - 4:00PM
• Business professional attire

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required
• Must have automotive industry experience
• 2+ years of hands‑on payroll processing
• Experience using ADP payroll systems is preferred
• General understanding of general ledger functions, as well as accounts receivable/accounts payable processes
• Strong, polished communication skills and professional office etiquette
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, too!
• Experience with Workforce Manager for timekeeping, and familiarity with CDK software is a strong plus but not required
• Experience preparing or reviewing commission reports is highly desirable
• Candidate must have appropriate business-professional attire, including the ability to cover any visible tattoos; no facial piercings may be worn while at work
