Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees across locations.
• Stay updated on federal, state, and local payroll laws and ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including tax forms and direct deposit information.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management.
• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with HR and accounting on payroll changes, new hires, and terminations.
• Leverage the ADP platform to streamline payroll processes.
