Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC in Roaring River, NC is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll and AP Clerk to perform payroll processing and accounts payable clerical tasks for our poultry facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in Accounting (A/P) and/or Payroll.
• Knowledge of ADP e-time preferred.
• Ability to learn and utilize invoice and purchase management system (D71/ EAM).

Responsibilities

• Perform payroll processing and accounting A/P function for the assigned location.
• Verify accuracy of payroll data and generate reports for each pay period.
• Process invoices, code and input into accounting system in a timely manner.
• Train and supervise clerks as needed and assist with other duties as assigned.
