Job summary

Stotz Equipment is a full-service John Deere dealership with 25 locations across eight western states, seeking an AP/Payroll Specialist in Arizona. You will handle vendor invoices and payroll to ensure accurate, timely payments and regulatory compliance.

Key duties include vendor account reconciliation, payroll processing, maintaining records, and assisting audits. A high school diploma is required; Paycom experience is preferred. Competitive compensation and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Payroll: Coordinate and process employee payroll including wages, overtime and deductions; ensure compliance with state and local labor laws.
• Accounts Payable: Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and proper approval; reconcile accounts payable transactions and ensure timely payments.
• Preferred: Prior experience processing in Paycom.

Responsibilities

• Reconciles vendor accounts and identifies discrepancies to determine corrective action.
• Verifies accuracy of information in accounting transactions and researches issues to determine proper treatment.
• Coordinate and process employee payroll and timekeeping data.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
