Capstone Precision Group is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist to manage day-to-day AP and payroll operations. You will ensure accurate invoice processing, timely payments, and precise payroll processing while maintaining records and supporting month-end activities.

The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with JAMIS Classic or Exponent, and solid Excel skills. Collaboration with vendors, employees, and accounting is essential to ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Experience with full-cycle accounts payable and payroll processing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable: review, code, enter, and process vendor invoices.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and receiving docs; reconcile statements.
• Process vendor payments within terms and maintain vendor records.
• Process bi-weekly payroll; review timekeeping and deductions; ensure accuracy.
• Maintain employee payroll records and tax elections; handle W-2s and year-end tasks.
• Assist with reconciliations, reporting, and audits as needed.
