Job summary

The Car Park is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional in Boise, Idaho to handle payroll, accounts payable, and general office support. You’ll reconcile and process invoices, manage vendor communications, and coordinate payroll with HR in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining high accuracy. A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Some college required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Payroll experience with relevant systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Check vendor invoices and payment requests and respond to urgent emails.
• Verify invoice details: division, vendor, posting month, and amounts.
• Enter approved invoices into APA accounting system.
• Call vendors and customers for W9 and ACH information verification.
• Coordinate payroll changes with Human Resources (pay changes, terminations, benefit deductions).
